Low Carb Keto Air Fryer Radish Chips
Crunchy, Savory, and Totally Addictive: Low Carb Keto Air Fryer Radish Chips
Ever find yourself just staring at a bag of radishes, like, “What on earth do I do with these?” đ Yeah, me too. But then I found this little gem of a recipe, and OMG, itâs a game-changer! If youâre into crunchy snacks that arenât gonna ruin your low-carb vibe, you HAVE to try these!

Okay, Letâs Talk Ingredients
Alright, so here’s the scoop. You need: a bag of radish slices (these lilâ guys are your main event), some avocado oil or olive oil in a spritzer (you know, for that fancy chef vibe), salt, pepper, and garlic & onion powders. Super simple, right? đ Just grab everything at your local grocery store â itâs not like you need to hunt down truffle oil or something.
So Hereâs Why I Make This Constantly
Hereâs the thing: Iâm not even a huge radish fan (like, honestly, they kinda freak me out sometimes, right?). But one night, I was all “I need a snack now!” and also trying to be healthy, so I just threw these in the air fryer and crossed my fingers.
Y’all, it was magic in 20 minutes. My husband was like, âAre these really radishes?â and I was like, âYeah, and put down my chips!â đ That was the moment I realized: radishes could be my new best friend. I’ve made these SO many times since thenâsnack time, side dish, you name it!

The One Trick That Changes Everything
Okay, listen closelyâdonât skimp on the oil spritzing! Seriously, it makes a huge difference. You want these chips nice and crunchy, not sad and soggy. So, when youâre halfway through cooking (like, after the first 5 minutes), give them a spritz to keep the love alive. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!
Donât Mess This Up (My Top Tips)
1. Donât overcrowd the basket. Give those radishes some space to breathe! If theyâre all piled up, theyâll steam instead of crisp up. Yuck.
2. Check âem early! Bake for 20 minutes. Actually, start checking at 18⌠you donât want them to turn into radish dust.
3. Taste test! Seriously, don’t be afraid to sneak a chip or two while theyâre cooling. Quality control is important, right?
How to Keep Them From Disappearing (Or, How to Store Them)
LOL, good luck with this! Theyâre usually gone before I even think about storing them. But if you want to save some (if you can), pop them in an airtight container. Theyâre best eaten fresh and crunchy, but you can keep âem for a day or two. Just be warned: they lose that perfect crunch!
