Crunchy, Savory, and Totally Addictive: Low Carb Keto Air Fryer Radish Chips

Ever find yourself just staring at a bag of radishes, like, “What on earth do I do with these?” 🙈 Yeah, me too. But then I found this little gem of a recipe, and OMG, it’s a game-changer! If you’re into crunchy snacks that aren’t gonna ruin your low-carb vibe, you HAVE to try these!

Okay, Let’s Talk Ingredients

Alright, so here’s the scoop. You need: a bag of radish slices (these lil’ guys are your main event), some avocado oil or olive oil in a spritzer (you know, for that fancy chef vibe), salt, pepper, and garlic & onion powders. Super simple, right? 🎉 Just grab everything at your local grocery store – it’s not like you need to hunt down truffle oil or something.

So Here’s Why I Make This Constantly

Here’s the thing: I’m not even a huge radish fan (like, honestly, they kinda freak me out sometimes, right?). But one night, I was all “I need a snack now!” and also trying to be healthy, so I just threw these in the air fryer and crossed my fingers.

Y’all, it was magic in 20 minutes. My husband was like, “Are these really radishes?” and I was like, “Yeah, and put down my chips!” 😂 That was the moment I realized: radishes could be my new best friend. I’ve made these SO many times since then—snack time, side dish, you name it!

The One Trick That Changes Everything

Okay, listen closely—don’t skimp on the oil spritzing! Seriously, it makes a huge difference. You want these chips nice and crunchy, not sad and soggy. So, when you’re halfway through cooking (like, after the first 5 minutes), give them a spritz to keep the love alive. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

Don’t Mess This Up (My Top Tips)

1. Don’t overcrowd the basket. Give those radishes some space to breathe! If they’re all piled up, they’ll steam instead of crisp up. Yuck.

2. Check ’em early! Bake for 20 minutes. Actually, start checking at 18… you don’t want them to turn into radish dust.

3. Taste test! Seriously, don’t be afraid to sneak a chip or two while they’re cooling. Quality control is important, right?

How to Keep Them From Disappearing (Or, How to Store Them)

LOL, good luck with this! They’re usually gone before I even think about storing them. But if you want to save some (if you can), pop them in an airtight container. They’re best eaten fresh and crunchy, but you can keep ’em for a day or two. Just be warned: they lose that perfect crunch!
