Okay, Let’s Talk Ingredients

Alright, let’s hit the grocery store together (or just your pantry, TBH). Here’s what you need:
– 2 (8-inch) tortillas (grab whatever you’ve got—flour, corn, I’m not picky)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil or spray (don’t be shy, get that crispy goodness)
– 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (or just dump in whatever cheese is in the fridge, I won’t tell)
– 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or a whole teaspoon if you’re feeling fancy)
– 1/2 cup pizza sauce (homemade, store-bought, or straight outta the jar, you do you)
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (because cheese is life)
– 6-8 slices pepperoni (or whatever toppings tickle your fancy, like mushrooms or olives—go wild!)

So Here’s Why I Make This Constantly

Okay, listen up! I used to be that person who was way too intimidated by pizza-making. I mean, I’d watch those chefs toss dough in the air and my heart would skip a beat. But then, one night, I was hit by a pizza craving and had only tortillas in my pantry. I thought, “Why not?” So I threw this together, and OMG, it was like I’d discovered fire! It’s fast, it’s fun, and it’s customizable. Plus, my kids love it. They think they’re gourmet chefs when we make these together. It’s chaos in the kitchen, but the best kind—laughter, flour flying, and cheesy smiles. 🧀❤️

The One Trick That Changes Everything

Okay, so here’s the golden nugget: don’t skip the oil! Whether you brush it on or spray it, that little step is what gives your tortilla that delicious crispy crust! Trust me, I learned the hard way… once made a “dry” version and it was just sad. So, oil it up! Your taste buds will thank you later.

Don’t Mess This Up (My Top Tips)

Watch the time. Seriously, set a timer. I once got distracted binge-watching my favorite show and almost burned my pizza.
Don’t overload on toppings. I know, I know, more is more, but too much can make everything soggy. Stick to a couple of faves.
Let it rest! I always get too excited and dive right in, but let it sit for a couple minutes after cooking. More crispy magic happens, I promise!

How to Keep Them From Disappearing (Or, How to Store Them)

If you manage to save some (which I doubt), you can keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. Just pop ’em back into the air fryer for a minute to regain that crispy goodness! But let’s be real, they probably won’t last long enough to need storage tips…
