Ever had one of those days where you just wanna snack? Like, all day? Same! So, I whip up these charcuterie skewers that are basically finger-food heaven!

The finished dish — looks amazing, right?

Okay, so… let’s dive into what you need for these delicious little sticks of joy. It’s like a mini meat and cheese party on a stick! 🥳

Okay, Let’s Talk Ingredients

Alright, listen up! You’ll need:
1 pound cheddar cheese (cut into big ol’ cubes, like you’re ready for a cheese fight),
6 ounces of thinly sliced salami (or a mountain of it, whatever works),
6 ounces of thinly sliced pepperoni (yes, please!),
6 Babybel cheese pieces (because they’re cute, and we love cute),
6 mini dill pickles (the crunch is EVERYTHING),
6 wooden kabob sticks (the backbone of this whole operation).

Seriously, I could live in the cheese aisle. Just me, a wheel of cheddar, and zero judgement.

So Here’s Why I Make This Constantly

Okay, let me tell you a little story. So, last summer, I threw a BBQ for my friends, and you know how it goes—everyone’s got their fancy dishes, and I was like, “No way I’m getting out-cheesed!” I came up with these skewers on a whim (thank you, Pinterest gods). Anyway, they were the hit of the party. Like, people were fighting over the last skewer! I mean, who knew combo of cheese + meat could cause a ruckus? 😂 Now, every gathering, it’s like the unofficial rule—bring the skewers or we’re not friends anymore.

Just as gorgeous from this angle too!

The One Trick That Changes Everything

Okay, listen closely! The key is to fold the salami and pepperoni. Just fold ’em! It sounds silly, but it makes them all juicy and gives them a bit more oomph when you bite into them. It’s like a party in your mouth! Seriously, it’s a game changer!

Don’t Mess This Up (My Top Tips)

1. Don’t skip the folding! Seriously, you’ll regret it.
2. Mix it up—try different cheeses or add olives if you’re feeling wild (but not too wild, you still want to keep your friends).
3. Layering is key! You wanna build a flavor tower—don’t just dump it all on there.
4. Assemble right before serving—they look fresh and delish that way!

Trust me. I’ve made every mistake in the book. You don’t wanna show up to a party with sad, floppy skewers.

How to Keep Them From Disappearing (Or, How to Store Them)

So, if you’re not serving them right away, keep those bad boys in the fridge! Just wrap ’em up tight in some plastic wrap. They’ll be good for a day or two, but honestly, they’ll probably vanish in a few hours. Just saying!

If You Liked This, You’ll Probably Like These Too

If you’re vibing with these, you’ve gotta try my stuffed mushrooms or those killer cheese-stuffed jalapeños. Total crowd-pleasers!

So, what do you think? Are you ready to make some skewers and bring the snack game to your next hangout? I’m just saying, they’re super fun to make (and eat)! 🍴 Let me know if you try them!
